Ticket Cloud is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, any team, any artist, box office or venue listed on this web site. Our prices are a reflection of our cost of acquisition and because of this in many cases we must sell tickets above face value. If you want to buy tickets at face value, you must call or visit the venue directly or purchase the tickets through original distribution sources. The price of the ticket will not equal sale price, which includes our pick up and handling fees. All orders will be assessed a service charge, state taxes when applicable, and any shipping fees. In the extremely rare event that a specific ticket purchased becomes unavailable ( lost, courier shipping error, etc. ), Ticket Cloud reserves the right to upgrade seating, at no additional cost to the customer. Customer will be contacted to discuss any changes to seating for customer approval.

Ticket Cloud accepts major credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Orders may not be canceled for any reason.

In case an event is completely canceled, all tickets purchased from Ticket Cloud must be returned to our office within 7 days of cancellation for a refund. Refund will be issued according to how the event was paid for. There will be no store credit or refund issued for any event that is rescheduled or partially completed for any reason or condition beyond our control. Ticket Cloud is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you do not receive your ticket(s) at the scheduled time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact a Ticket Cloud representative within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. If Ticket Cloud cannot deliver ticket(s) prior to the event, customer will receive a full refund.

This site is completely safe. All transactions are protected with RC4 128 bit encryption on a secure server. All transactions are 100% safe and protected by the latest security systems. All tickets are shipped directly to the customer via secured courier.
